Step One
The first and most important step is getting to know your organisation inside out so we understand what you do, who you do it for, where you deliver your services, and more.
Step Two
We discuss your publication in detail – the type, its purpose, your audience, any design ideas, and the print run.
Step Three
We understand sensitivities around supporter care so make sure we never put your relationships at risk. You let us know no-go areas ready for when we begin speaking to local businesses about advertising space. And you tell us about companies that have supported you in the past. If you’re happy for us to contact them, we add them to our list and make sure to mention how much you appreciate them.
Step Four
We research local companies ready to begin calling, and check phone numbers against the Telephone Preference Service.
Step Five
Our experienced team make the calls. There’s no script, just a friendly introduction and open, honest conversation intended to build a relationship between your cause and the company. We make it clear we’re calling from Majestic Publications on your behalf and stress that we’re not from your organisation. And all calls are recorded for quality control, audit trails and team training - you’re always welcome at our offices to observe us at work.
Step Six
Once an order has been placed, we agree the advertising copy with the company, making sure it’s just the way they want, and nothing goes live until it’s signed off by the advertiser.
Step Seven
Company details are passed to you with their permission so you can build on the firm foundations we set and establish a long-lasting supporter relationship.
Step Eight
Our in-house designer works closely with you to establish the look and feel of your publication, ensuing it meets any brand guidelines and design ideas you might have. The process doesn’t stop until the design is exactly how you want it.
Step Nine
We send your publication to print.
